Microsoft recently released the Release Candidate (RC) version of Windows 7.

I am using Windows 7 beta since it was released. And my opinion is this windows is certainly going to be a great OS though i am still a big fan and lover of Windows XP.

Anyway Windows 7 Beta took around 10GB of my hdd space and it is really smooth and fast and way better than windows Vista. It does not eat pc resources like Vista.

I did not install the RC version yet. But you should try it for sure. You will not be disappointed like Vista.

I heard windows 7 is nt good n fast for playin games . Is it true ?

Actually windows 7 is lot faster than Windows Vista. But this operating systems are built for good PC with good graphics card. In my point of view both windows 7 and Vista shows unnecessary graphics and animation and require lot of resource from PC. So other application and games got less resource to run properly.

I love Windows XP, most of the people does and i don't think windows 7 can take that place so soon.
