Useful information on Eyedropper 3.0 - Award winning color picker tool , as according to me if it work in ie then I am wondering because I am searching same from last long. I will download and try to using hope becomes useful for me.

Actually this is a standalone software so there is no dependency of any browser or anything. This tiny tool will show the color code of anything that is present on your monitors screen.
